My first class was definitely a challenge, but the encouraging and welcoming atmosphere made me want to try again — and I’m so glad I did, because I’ve been hooked ever since. The instructors and entire community have been incredibly supportive, always offering modifications and encouragement. Over time, I’ve gotten much stronger and more confident — not just in my physical ability, but in trusting the process and enjoying the challenge. Looking back at videos from a year ago, I’m amazed at how far I’ve come, and I’m excited to see what the next year brings. Thank you Dimension Fitness!
June 04 · Ella StilwellDisappointed in my experience at Dimension fitness. I have dabbled in pole for years and took some of their courses to brush back up on it. Unfortunately I did not find this studio to be beginner friendly or fat friendly. One of the instructors had me in a position and kept insisting I get out of it the way they wanted me to despite my body not moving that way because there was fat there. There should’ve been an accommodation because I almost broke my neck. I gave 3 stars because they clearly know what they’re doing, but if you’re anything like me I’d recommend finding somewhere a little more accommodating.
May 27 · JenniferGreat aerial gym!It’s nice friendly place with amazing instructors and culture, offerings variety of classes like pole dance / pole sport, aerial hoop, aerial silks. They recently started to teach also more niche classes like aerial pole and aerial straps conditioning I absolutely love.If you are looking for a nice gym with amazing community, this is a good place to go! Their intro classes are meant for absolute beginners and as you get better you move to a higher difficulty level classes.

I started my aerial journey at a different gym and once I switched to dimension, I couldn’t believe how well structured everything is, how fun and knowledgeable the instructors are, and how inclusive and accepting the environment is. The intro level classes are awesome to introduce you to your next obsession and the subsequent classes will challenge and train you in a way that does not feel like working out. Highly recommend you check it out!
