★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Where do I begin? The coaching staff here is amazing! And it's affordable! Attend some classes and quickly your workout buddies become more like family! I've been attending for just over a year now and it's definitely one of the best decisions I've ever made! If you are looking for a gym, you should definitely check them out!- Google asked me to update this review the only difference is now I've been going for a few years!
May 02 · anna aAdam & Becky are great! They were really accommodating to me with gym access, which I really appreciated given I travel so much for work. They're also great to bounce training ideas off of and training "shop talk." The gym family is really welcoming and let's you be whatever you need to be in the gym, from aspiring national champion to novice lifter. DSC is expanding their space, which is really exciting as it allows for further development of the different aspects of a gym, but still has a closeness feel to it. I've been really pleased with being part of the gym.
March 17 · Ethan OwensDayton Strength and Conditioning is amazing! Adam and Becky Rogers are top notch coaches and they really know there stuff. I was hooked the minute I walked into the place. The people are friendly, the atmosphere is fun and encouraging, and I couldn't give a higher recommendation for this place. If you are looking for a gym that can accommodate all types of training needs and that has a great environment to workout in look no further than DSC.
March 18 · Jensen KolaczkoI love DSC! The coaches are experienced with a range of activities to help you reach your fitness goals. This gym also has a great community of people who care about others and their success! The gym offers classes, personal training, free workouts and competitions!
April 30 · Kevin Jones-EvansUpdated review: I cannot say enough positive things about this gym and the staff. Not only are they excellent, positive, supportive coaches, but they have become friends as well. During the quarantine period, Coach Sarah has led Zoom meetings every week. Keith, Sarah, and Zak have posted YouTube videos for each of the @ home workouts (up to 6.3 as of today). And they have even organized virtual happy hours to help keep us all sane. This is more than a business. It's a family. Oh, and I forgot to mention Jamie's barbell club Zoom class and the kids classes that Sarah holds.
