My 12 yo son wanted to take his basketball to the next level, so we checked out a couple of gyms. By far he liked D1 the best. All the trainers have been amazing. The customer service from the owner, GM, all the way down the line has been exceptional. Clean and safe facilities for all ages. After the first month alone my son was already seeing improvements in his play and endurance. All the trainers have been so good at breaking down the movements and really care about the kids learning the PROPER way to strength train.
