As we travel this is a great place to keep her in shape and healthy while being around kids her age. Special shout to Coach Devo and Manny. We appreciate this moment in time. June 12 · Darrien TerryWhen I initially joined D1 in Jan 2025, I had New Years goals of learning everything I could in 2-4 months and trying to do it on my own since I wasn't a "gym" girl. Well it's Aug/Sept and there is a reason I'm still here. Chrissy has been THE BEST personal trainer as far as professionalism, making it client-centered yet expert- structured, accountability and so much more. From the gym to outside the gym I have gained a wealth of knowledge she's given me that has been so practical to implement. I've lost over 30 pounds and can wait to get to the next milestone.I've done classes as well and Coach Cam's class is always interactive and keep the energy high. Tavon is always encouraging and Reese was always the welcoming face when I came in. Jess puts on local events for members to go to like pickleball and bowling which makes D1 truly a community for everyone. We have a great time here. I would recommend D1 Sandy Springs to anyone!
