The benches, the machines, the hydro beds, and even the locker rooms.Not overcrowded at all but even so I REALLY appreciated the addition of a second pec fly machine (other Crunch locations take notes!).Lots of good here but room for improvement. The Elkay water bottle filler needed a new filter & not enough yoga classes imo…
May 25 · Jack NelsonDo Not Go Here!I have felt like I am being pushed around for cancelling the membership and personal trainer. I have a medical emergency (literally ended up in the ER which I have told two the PT managers and others) from working out and have been advised by my doctor to no longer work out. They are trying to say I need to pay for the personal trainer for a month despite being unable to utilize it. I've asked for clarification several times and consistently told "we don't know" or "we don't have an answer for you" because they're waiting on corporate. It's been a week now that I've been waiting. I was supposed to get a call or at least a text Friday 7/25 from Caleb. Got nothing. Spoke with Lee on 7/26 and was told I'll get a call from Caleb on 7/27 or 7/28. I received no communication from Caleb or Lee or anyone. I called today 7/29 and should be getting a call from Lee despite needing to talk with Caleb about an answer apparently.They also somehow messed up on billing and charged a card that did not show up on my account on the app after changing it causing that account to overdraft and they wouldn't refund. I was told to prove the overdraft fee and they'll see what they can do (I decided to speak to my bank instead and could void the fee because the "see what they can do" did not feel trustworthy and I didn't want to risk some store credit thing).I didn't want to leave a review for the medical thing, I under corporate takes awhile but the lack of communication and the fact I have to be annoying to get a phone call, well annoying to be told I'll get a call just to not get a call is terrible. I do not know what else to do so review it is.
July 29 · Sam KGreat facility and atmosphere! I worked out with a partner and we "crunched" it! Lots of free weights, lots of machines, the place is clean and spacious! I would definitely recommend Crunch to anyone looking for a gym that has everything you need all under one roof!
May 29 · Andres SampedroNice gym. Good quality equipment, just too big if that makes sense, I like the smaller local gyms we have in GR. But for the price you can’t really beat crunch fitness. It’s way better than planet. I’ve been to other crunch fitness gyms across the United States and they were not as nice as this one.
