Owners and coaches are professional, knowledgeable, respectful and genuinely care about all the members of the community.The community has a motto of “Just Show Up” which does not mean just crushing a workout but really focuses on one walking through the door and getting the workout they need; it could be to get stronger, get faster, focus on one’s overall fitness and health or just get a workout in to de-stress from the adventures of daily life.The members of the community, like the coaches, are supportive of each other which has led to so many long lasting friendships being created.Just walk through the door and in a matter of seconds one will feel the positive energy this community generates. This community truly has inspiring things happening.
