After suffering from a stroke back in September of 2022, I lost all of my strength in my left hand and arm. Seth and the coaches have doubled my strength while improving the dexterity in my left hand and arm. I didn’t know anything about CrossFit before joining CFA and now I would say I am addicted to the workouts! CFA has the absolute best atmosphere and positive energy, from the coaches and all of the members!

February 21 · Ceelie StrohJust stopped in for my first Crossfit class. Not just at this location, but first class ever!I met with Coach Ken. We chatted quick about my fitness level and experience with this type of workout. Although I had a good base of fitness (long distance rucks and at-home gym workouts), I had yet to experience this type of workout. I came in with an open and humble mind and told Ken my only goal was to walk out on the shakiest of legs (in a good way), and boy did he deliver!Ken helped me focus on the fundamentals of these compound movements. As I had mentioned to him after the class, "it wasn't the weight, it was the way". Technique is everything.Ken not only kept an eye on me and coached me throughout, but did so without making me feel like I was under a microscope. Truly the balance that an experienced coach knows how to give.My partners in the class were so friendly, welcoming and encouraging. Truly a family energy. They helped push me with high-fives and knuckles. They are a big reason as to why I am so excited to return.A great experience all around! Can't wait to get back in this week!
