Matt, Renee, Austin, and Colton were hands on with feedback and adjustments that helped me navigate movements despite old injuries. I felt strong again after years of being afraid to go hard in the gym! I recently left NC due to personal circumstances and my biggest regret is leaving CFC. Matt was gracious and supportive when it came to canceling my membership. All in all, an amazing community.
