CorePower 2 (C2): For those ready to turn up the heat, this intense flow class moves through more challenging postures in a highly heated room. It's a full-body workout that's designed to build both physical and mental strength.
Hot Power Fusion (HPF): This class artfully marries the meditative qualities of hot yoga with the intensity of a power flow. It's a balanced practice that offers both deep stretching and a powerful workout.
CoreRestore (CR): Focused on stretching and breathing, this class is a restorative experience that helps you reboot and rebuild. It's a perfect option for active recovery and is offered in a room with low heat.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Huge thanks to my coach Sabrina J for taking the time to guide me through everything and explain how the session works. She gave me so much attention, showed amazing service, and made my first-ever yoga class truly unforgettable. It was such an important experience for me — and I’m really, really grateful for that.
May 20 · Olha HadovskaYoga sculpt is great work out. All the instructors are great, and some are amazing. Issue is the facility. The studio is stuffy, the bathroom and showers show signs of wear and tear, the water faucet at the sink only has hot water, and the water fountain for drinking water is never cold and the filter light is on for days without a change of filter. If facility improves I will return. Until then.
August 15 · Yvonne YangYoga sculpt was probably the best workout class I’ve taken. However, the studio is kinda stinky and when I wanted to throw cold water on myself after class, only hot water came out (this is a big pet peeve of mines). I would rebook again but just bring your own towel and mat to make it worth it!

January 25 · Armin Sinem DemirKel is great - highly recommend her sculpt class. She takes the time to sync to the music which isn’t always the case with classes. She very kind and cares about the students. The tri location has more room than the west village location if you prefer a less crowded room.
