CorePower Yoga - Midtown East Reviews

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Started my 1 week trial after hearing such great things about the exercises/workout from friends. I did the yoga sculpt with Jacob as the instructor and it was great! Fun music, clear instructions and the 45 minutes flew by. A great sweat overall 10/10. Looking forward to trying different classes over the next week.
July 02 · Cindy NguyenI come to this studio often and I find the classes generally fine however last Saturday morning the instructor did not show up for class. We were not notified by anyone and the entire class was left locked outside the studio since there was no one to let us in. When I called the CorePower corporate customer service to let them know the instructor was not there, they said they had no way of getting in touch with the instructor. The entire class waited around outside for a few minutes after the class start time, however it was clear that no one was coming. Ultimately we were 1. concerned that something may have happened to the instructor and wanted CorePower to at least attempt to contact them and 2. would have liked to have been notified at some point after the class with acknowledgement that this situation happened.
June 09 · Olivia SimonsWe’ve been coming to CorePower Yoga - Midtown East for over a month now and have really enjoyed their CP2 and YS classes. We’ve had the chance to take classes both in the mornings and evenings, and have likely practiced with most of their instructors at least once. The class schedule is great, and with our membership, booking spots for the high-demand classes isn’t a hassle. We’ve had no trouble getting off the waitlist for early morning sessions either. All of the instructors have been friendly and excellent to work with, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Even when classes are full, the space doesn’t feel too cramped, which makes for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We highly recommend this location!
March 10 · Kamila & NikitaI really enjoyed my first experience at Core Power’s community class with Kim! The space was huge with an upstairs and downstairs and the lockers were spaced out so there was room to change. The room itself was perfectly warm and clean and offered blocks and wipes as needed. They had water fill stations as well which was a huge plus since the heated flow really gets your body sweating. Will definitly be back for another class soon!
February 09 · GoldieI tried many different instructors over a few months. As another review said before, at best it’s mediocre with the regular teachers there, except Kelly C who teaches strength X at 6:30am on thrusdays and Jacob who teaches evening sculpt. (they’re very caring and knowledgeable). Also, there isn’t much diversity at this location whether that be the students or instructors. I recommend the williamsburg location for a challenging, diverse, and overall more fun experience.
