April 27 · Lauren CondeThis studio has a great vibe and heated class room. Loved having the lights low and the electronic candles lit. Especially loved Christina T’s Saturday morning C2 class.
February 01 · Miranda LeeI've been coming regularly since September, and I’ve absolutely loved the atmosphere and the variety of classes with the different instructors. If you ever get the chance, don’t miss a Sunday class with Charlie—she’s truly incredible!
October 20 · Sjoribel TraversoMy first negative review I’ve ever written in my life and it pains me to do so. The instructors are amazing and Laura is such a wonderful guide, but my experience with management was so distasteful. I’ve never felt profiled or treated like a second class citizen until today but the level of negativity she expressed towards felt dehumanizing or maybe black men aren’t welcome in her yoga studio, or maybe we aren’t allowed to use the restroom, (which she came in by the way). I enjoy my weekly routine too much to stop going so I will be switching locations.going forward please treat everyone with dignity and respect, yoga should be a welcoming environment filled with life and positive energy, not an interrogation.
May 09 · Antwone GaineyBeware that this place will charge you $4.21 for a mat and charge you for additional for a towel. My first impression at this studio was not good because all other yoga studios let you borrow a towel and a mat for free. The fact this place that is pretty upscale inside but nickles and dimes you for towel and mat is pretty greedy. The class C1 power yoga was very gentle. Maybe C1 means beginners but I felt the instructor demonstrated some poses incorrectly compromising people’s knees. She never made adjustments and would get confused on what to queue in. Overall disappointing. You can have a beautiful space inside but at the “core” (no pun intended) of this place, there’s nothing special.
