I love how impactful the movements are without the crazy pressure on the body. I find each session extremely therapeutic. If you have not tried Pilates please visit and try. You will not regret it. I wish I had started sooner, but I’m here now and I love it!

It was great. The teacher was awesome. Very patient would come over to me. I felt very cared for I recommend this class for anyone with the arthritis.
