As a working mom, I chose Pilates because it fit into my lifestyle and schedule. When my schedule got too busy to attend class and I was wasting credits at Club Pilates, I regretfully called to cancel my membership. I was told that I "needed" to wait until the end of the month to call back and cancel then. Of course time got away from me and I called back a few days into the following month. At that time I left a voicemail and received a reply via email with a link to a simple online cancellation form and apology that because of the 30-day cancellation policy, I would be charged the full price for the month. I feel that the person I originally spoke with should have offered the same information and cancellation form at that time, since I ultimately ended up paying for 2 additional months of class credits that I did not use. Many fitness center and gym cancellation policies are built this way, to confuse users into missing deadlines and paying for arbitrary cancellation periods, and I'm very sad to say that Club Pilates is the same.

I usually join Linda and Sue’s classes as they fit best with my schedule. I love that all the instructors have different styles and are always switching things up to keep classes interesting and diverse. Working out at the gym is something I normally dread but this is never the case with Pilates class. So happy I’ve found my thing and can’t wait to continue making progress!

Linda, our instructor, took the time to explain the history of Pilates and walked us through a few exercises using the different equipment to give us a short sample of what the hour classes would be like. She was very enthusiastic and supportive, helping with technique and form. April, who was managing the front desk, was super kind and fun to talk to. Overall, a very nice studio with great people! Definitely recommend an intro course to see if you want to incorporate Pilates here into your routine

I wanted to wait until after my first few classes to give a more honest review, so we’re three weeks in and this is how it’s going so far! I signed up after taking the intro class with Tiffany. The intro was informative and hands on. Tiffany was super patient and very knowledgeable with us newbies. After the intro class, the manager, April came out to talk about the memberships and pricing. She was very kind and matter of fact. There was no gimmicky sales pitch or uncomfortable push for you to join. I mentioned to April that I was not a fan of group exercise settings, but did enjoy the instructor and was interested in joining the Pilates hype. The sign up was super quick and easy. I was able to download the app and start booking classes straight away. I’ve taken classes with instructor Sue and she is AMAZING! I have no prior Pilates experience and was super intimidated my first class, but Sue put those worries at ease!! She is so great at cueing and correcting my form/ movements without making me feel uncomfortable. She offers different variations of exercises to accommodate all skill levels. She also incorporates enough exercises to really get that full body workout. I always leave club Pilates feeling like I’ve had such a great and relaxing workout. Don’t hesitate to join! Promise you won’t regret it.

Even though I already do cardio and strength training, their intro class was very helpful for learning terminology and how to do certain things. The instructors are also very attentive and will help you adjust for your skill/comfort level even in beginner classes
