She is an outstanding instructor: she demonstrates the exercises she asks us to do, she walks around the studio paying particular attention to our form, and--most importantly for me-- she does not repeat workouts. Rather, every time, she prepares a new routine for us (even has notes in her little notebook), keeping the class engaging and our muscles challenged. And she is always, always encouraging to all of us, especially during the challenging parts. I recommend her to everyone to everyone who wants to try Pilates.

She makes her classes fun and engaging. She slows down when giving important instructions and manages the flow of the class really well. After class, I always feel that my body has been strengthened, and I appreciate how she encourages mindfulness, giving us space to truly feel how each part of our body moves. I’m not a huge fan of the “hit 20 more” style of intense coaching—otherwise, I would have joined a rowing club🤣 Grace’s classes strike a great balance between working the muscles and connecting the mind and body with mindfulness. Highly recommended!

I like that the Club Pilate is not too big or small so that the instructor can help with your posture during a class. The space is nice and clean. I'm enjoying Pilates at the Club Pilates and I will keep going back for a long time.

Each instructor has their own style, and they are all great in different ways!Kenda's expertise shows in her routines and her focus on aging well with strong hips & pelvic floor. Her energy is contagious and motivates me to push myself. She always remembers my name and works hard to build community in her classes. I especially appreciate her commitment to having everyone work as a team to have the studio in perfect condition for the next class.Grace has a calm presence. She is clear, precise & consistent in a way that if you are a good listener, you never have to look up to see how to do a move or know where your feet need to be etc. The muscles that she focused on in class talk to me for two days after... this is good!Vanessa is so intentional in her practice of Pilates. Each move and breath is thought out for the best possible outcome. Her practice is truly body, mind, and spirit.Helen is a gifted motivator! She challenges you to challenge yourself and gives great reminders about breathing, which I appreciate because I often find myself holding my breath. She cares about your outcomes and encourages you to excel in her classes as well as your time away from the studio.
