All the ladies at the front were extremely helpful and pleasant.I’ve decided that Pilates isn’t for me YET! I need to work on myself to get a bit more fit first. The staff was very supportive and understanding, not pushy at all.If you’re considering Pilates, this is the place for you.

I wanted to try the free class just to see if this was what I was looking for. Well, let me tell ya! I felt immediately welcomed upon entering. The staff was bright and cheery, they took time to explain things, and listened to all I had going on. The class instructor was patient, informative, and helpful. I signed up for four classes per month, and I’ll probably do more later on. I think this will be a good start for me, and I’m super excited to expand my fitness and health repertoire.

Each instructor—Dicle, Kayla, Alli, and Sibel—brings their unique personality and style, making every class fresh, engaging, and fun. I’m constantly learning something new, and I’m never bored—quite the opposite! I actually look forward to every session. This studio has made me a Pilates fan for life. Highly recommend!
