Everyone one of the staff members are extremely nice and very responsive when I have questions or need to make a last minute cancellation due to my work schedule. Also, the app is VERY convenient. I have been doing a variety of fitness classes over the last 15 years and this has been my favorite experience. The motivation and encouragement given by Sol and Freddy have enabled me to flex, lengthen and strengthen muscles that haven’t always gotten the proper focus in my workouts. There is also such a variety of classes that I attend them 6 days a week at various times so that I am able to alternate what I want to focus on in my fitness plan. Oh, and did I mention that they put fun back into exercise? So far I have attended an 80s workout and recently a Beyoncé class co hosted by the very best Sol and Freddy. I highly suggest trying it out. You can do an intro class or reach out to me and you can be my plus one on bring a friend day 🤗

January 26 · KI love Club Pilates Polaris!! It is a great addition to going to my personal trainer! Pilates helps refine the small muscle groups to give me that lean look! Not to mention the instructors are top notch and the classes are fun! Love all my Club Pilates Polaris friends too!! ❤️💪🏻❤️

Starting with stretch and breath work to utilization of the ball with hand in straps, ab exercises and a challenging planking series. Freddy’s presence, corrections and inspirational messaging throughout class helped to push me to new heights. It was such a pleasure taking class with Freddy. I wish I could take his class everyday. If you are in the Columbus area make sure to book a class with him. The class is sure to be SPICY 🌶️
