The instructor - Renee, I believe, could have been a bit more attentive and could have provided more clear instruction. Her music was louder than her voice which caused my neighbor to have to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. Just a few tweaks could have made it top notch!

Sometimes he shares funny stories about his cats, and other times, while we’re holding a plank, he’ll ask each of us a question — which makes the time fly by. He’s very creative and keeps things interesting.His classes offer a full-body workout, targeting abs, arms, legs, and more. You can tell he really knows his stuff when it comes to Pilates. I always leave feeling stronger, more energized, and in a great mood!

She explains movements clearly and provides modifications for all levels. Her attention to detail and focus on proper form has significantly improved my strength, flexibility, and posture.
