I joined 3 months ago and I couldn’t be happier. The changes it’s made both mentally and physically speak for themselves. I am so so happy and thankful I joined club Pilates, especially at this location. Beth is my go to instructor, she’s kind, sweet, patient and extremely professional. I was a bit intimidated at first because I didn’t feel I would be able to do it but wow! The people are amazing, they’re welcoming, they don’t judge, they help and I feel extremely comfortable. I had a doctors appointment last week and even she complimented me, my lab work was amazing and even my gut health got better, she said Pilates was amazing and she was glad I was doing it.
