The gym is large enough to comfortably host classes and take in drop-ins in you're town looking for a HIIT or CrossFit option. The members here are welcoming and eager to meet/greet you on your first day to make sure you feel like you're at home. This is without a doubt the best gym within 10-15 miles to build strength, get in your cardio, and find a great community along your fitness journey. Highly recommend you stopping in and checking this place out. There's even space/equipment to do some strongman type workouts if you're into that. Lots of heavy d-balls and rogue equipment here.
