I moved to the area recently and was looking for a new gym to match the community at my old one and I was welcomed with open arms from Day 1. Owner, Katie, coaches (Gretchen, Josh, Tom) and members introduced themselves and remembered my name immediately. I look forward to becoming a dedicated member of the community. The workouts are for every level from Rx+ to beginner. Everyone is working at their own level and pace but doing it together. Highly recommend if you're looking for a box in the area. Definitely drop in if you're in town as well. I'll be a noon-er!

Everyone in class was very friendly and made it easy to join in and feel comfortable. The gym was very spacious and had a lot of great equipment. The programming was methodical and the WOD was a lot of fun. I really enjoyed dropping in and recommend checking them out if you are in town and looking for a great CrossFit gym!

Great place for experienced people and also beginners. Good focus on form and safety. Everything has a scaled version. Not a crazy crossfit cult nor overly competitive but will politely push you to reach your goals.
