A friend invited me this summer to a camp at Burn Boot Camp with her, and I fell in love with it! I love how the camps are structured, it’s always a new workout, a new focus, and always challenging and rewarding. I am always met with kindness, encouragement, and compassion. Focus meetings with the trainers (which are included in your membership- no extra fees!) have helped with motivation and accountability I was lacking. Since joining just over four months ago, I’ve lost 30lbs, and over 11% body fat! I’m also gaining strength and muscle.When we lost my husband, we were living in Colorado. After living away for years, I moved back to Ohio with my children a few months after my husband passed to be closer to family. Burn has given me a place to meet wonderful people, and help rebuild my community here. My kids LOVE coming to child watch (also free with membership!), and I’m so grateful for it. This included unlimited camps, one-on-one focus meetings with the fitness coaches, a full-body scan (that not only measures your weight but as well as your skeletal muscle mass, body fat percentage and more), and—a bonus for parents—free childwatch during workouts!At that point, I had tried everything from apps to zumba classes but I was always at a loss, I never saw any progress. So this felt like the perfect opportunity to try something new, but I never could have imagined how transformative this decision would be.After my first month, I knew I couldn’t stop. There was something about Burn Boot Camp that I couldn't quite put my finger on yet. Even though it wasn’t cheap, I convinced my fiancé—who had his reservations—to help support me financially so I could keep going for six more months. I used to workout at home because it was difficult to get to a gym with 3 kiddos so I was thrilled to find that they offered childcare, my kids BEG to go because they love it so much! The workouts are challenging but still somehow fun, the music/atmosphere and encouragement from the trainers and other members is unmatched! I’m telling you if you give it a chance you will fall in love!

I decided I wanted to do something for me and begin my journey back to fitness by joining Burn Boot Camp. Every day is a new challenge that pushes me to see how much I can do! I also love that they have childwatch where I can see my kiddos during my workout. They are my biggest motivators and it is fun for them to see their mommy push herself! I was so nervous about starting back at a gym, but from day one I have felt encouraged and welcomed by the community that is created here. Looking forward to many more camps on my journey!
April 05 · Kelsey KetchumI started at Burn a little over a month ago and have been so happy with the decision. Everyone is very welcoming and supportive. The trainers meet you at your level and help you improve at your own pace. The classes are challenging but fun. The community that Burn brings is such a huge benefit to being a member, too. My kids love Childwatch and so do I! My mental and physical health have improved so much during this first month and I can’t wait to continue to improve!
