I've been a personal trainer for 18 years and I love that this is Pilates on fire! You do not leave dripping in sweat, but your muscles will be shaking! If you haven't tried Btone, you're missing out!!

I was getting so bored at other gyms doing the same thing and really wanted to try something new, so when btone came to Hanover I signed up. The movements are slow and controlled so you are focusing on that one body part at a time although core is always engaged. You also work you whole body. Instructors are great! I actually look forward to working out on days I go there. The classes go by so fast and I feel wonderful after. I highly recommend this class. I can't say enough about it!

It’s the only time I’ve actually enjoyed going to a group exercise class, and I’ve been to many of them. All the instructors are extremely friendly, knowledgeable & make you feel very comfortable. The workout is low impact, but definitely not easy & you’re working up a sweat. I would recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a slower paced, low impact, and also challenging work out. Definitely check it out, it’s so worth it!

I’m super out of shape but the btone classes are great. Even though the classes are really challenging, I’m able to modify the moves to my comfort/fitness level. Also, the teachers are super friendly and great music. I’m obsessed!
