Doing power yoga twice a week absolutely made my whole pregnancy much healthier and smoother. Martina would never let you down, every class is so unique and focus on different part of the body.You’ll not only get great yoga experience and exercise here but also get to know a group of friends here and we support each other through the whole pregnancy! Will definitely continue doing yoga with Martina even after the baby is born :)
