Services Offered
Breathe Hot Yoga specializes in a variety of group lessons centered around yoga and physical fitness programs, providing diverse options to meet different fitness levels and goals. Their core offerings include:
- Hot Yoga: A disciplined practice rooted in the 26 postures and two breathing exercises, enhanced with hip-openers and core work. Conducted in a therapeutic infrared heated room (around 105 degrees) to promote deep movement, detoxification, and mental clarity.
- Power Vinyasa: A strong, fluid class blending dynamic, breath-led movement and intentional transitions. This practice builds strength, flexibility, and presence, and is offered in both heated (85-95 degrees) and unheated (75-78 degrees) formats.
- Hot Pilates: A low-impact, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) fitness class combining Pilates core work with full-body strengthening. Performed in a heated room (85-90 degrees), it's designed to build serious core strength, fire up muscles, and leave you feeling powerful.
- Yin Yoga / Breathe Calm: A deeply restorative practice that invites students to slow down and settle into longer-held postures. This practice targets the hips, spine, and connective tissue, helping to quiet the nervous system and balance the intensity of faster-paced workouts. Usually held at a gentle temperature of about 75 degrees.
- Beginner / Foundations Sessions: Introductory classes designed to allow new students to try various styles—such as Pilates, Breathe Power, and Hot Yoga—to find what works best for them before committing to a membership.

February 23 · Pamela KouassiI’ve started going here 5-6 days a week. If you’re looking for a new studio, this is the place! Each teacher has their own approach to class, and it lets you tailor your practice to what works for you:Alexis’ classes on Monday are funny, high energy, and let you progress to a monthly peak pose. Super fun!Cecilia’s Tuesday classes are so well structured, you can consistently measure your progress. My first class here was with her and I can’t recommend them enough!Wednesdays, I go to Jay’s Calm class. He does a fantastic job of customizing the class each week, and incorporates new poses into the class based on students’ suggestions. A great mid-week class to set you up for more high-energy cardio throughout the week.On Thursdays, Mindy’s class is SO good at making you feel grounded and in touch with your practice.Fridays, Cheyenne is great at connecting you with your community and ends each practice by talking with the group and giving positive affirmations for the weekend. And last but NOT least, Saturdays with Quinn are a highlight of my week. Her classes are fast-paced, high-energy, and HOT. The class always has the best flow, and feels like a challenge that’s always within reach.I’ve also had a couple sub teachers (shoutout Heidi and Amber!) that are great. If you’re thinking about it, stop thinking! The studio is worth a visit. :^)
June 04 · Lucas StebenI started to go to the yoga and HIIT class regularly last month because I started 1 month unlimited. So far I've had a really great experience. I love all the instructors, they have different versions of yoga, and all aim to create a wonderful and relaxing one hour for everyone who may be struggling with their busy weekdays. I like Elizabeth, her Saturday morning HIIT is definitely my favorite. It's always good to start the weekend with something challenging to get the spirit lifted.
March 13 · Sherry ZhugeI love the location, studio, and the overall energy from other wonderful students I met in various classes. I love that they offer not only yoga but also hot Pilates with weights and resistance band. 💥💥💥However, post Covid lock down (2021〜) they lost some of my absolute favorite teachers 😟 Having many subs is making me question if I want to stick around or not.
January 13 · Hiroko EThe instructors are wonderful - warm and welcoming. I love the variety of classes . The yoga is perfect for flexibility and calm, but I’ve also been frequenting the body sculpt and Pilates - these are an amazing workout ! Highly recommend this place
