The workouts are 30 min. and the coaches are great about helping adapt exercises for different fitness levels and physical limitations. The workouts are as challenging as you make them and the coaches encourage you to do your best and work your hardest. I came into this journey totally out of shape and with some physical limitations. Everyone has been great helping me adapt exercises when needed and everyone is friendly from the coaches to other participants. This is the start of my 4th week and I am making progress towards improving my health just by going to the classes and doing my personal best. I have started many fitness memberships in the past and then stopped going, but here they know your name, encourage you, and I generally feel more accountable to Taylor and her team, which keeps me going and moving forward. It’s hard work, but it is going to be so rewarding and one day I will be able to do these workouts better than I can today and keep improving.
