Leon is a great trainer, especially for long distance runners. He really cares about his clients and their goals. I struggle with having proper form during workouts and he always corrects me to make sure I’m getting the most out of my workouts. I also love that he is very active in the community and is always giving back to better the DC community.

Maannn, the energy alone that Leon brings to his clients is for sure TOP TIER! No matter your level, he makes sure that you’re able to keep up, while also making sure you have correct form.Every time I go I say I’m walking out bt I find myself finishing & pushing to the end. B/c that’s when you say, “well, that was fun”! Every session is the best session! Yall better tap in!

Leon is always energetic and the gym has an awesome vibe. Despite feeling sore all the time, which is the point I guess, it's the best investment i've made in myself for the last few years. I couldn't recommend it more.
