BODYROK's services are built around its signature 45-minute, full-body group class on a custom reformer. The class format is designed to be a hybrid of Pilates, cardio, and weight training, promising a high-energy workout that keeps things interesting.
- Onsite Services: The core offering is the in-person group classes. These are led by professional instructors who guide participants through a series of hybrid Pilates movements designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone the body. The class formats vary, with themes such as Core + Cardio, Flow, Buns + Guns, Obliques + Cheeks, Six Packs + Backs, and Rok Your Body. This variety ensures that no two workouts feel exactly the same, which, as a customer review points out, "keeps the workout fun."
- Online Classes: Recognizing the modern need for flexibility, BODYROK also offers online classes. This service option allows clients to engage with the workout from the comfort of their home or while traveling, providing a convenient way to stay consistent with their fitness routine.
- Private Sessions: While the primary focus is on group classes, some studios offer private sessions for clients who want a more personalized experience. These sessions can be beneficial for those who are new to the workout or have specific goals or physical limitations.
The services are all focused on the unique BODYROK method, which is designed to increase metabolism and create a long-lasting "afterburn" effect, making the most of every 45-minute session.
BODYROK DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN is distinguished by several key features that set it apart from other fitness options in the city.

A client review describes an instructor, Ciara, as "absolutely phenomenal—so attentive to detail, accommodating, and incredibly pleasant." The instructors' ability to provide clear guidance and a supportive environment is a major highlight.
- Innovative Workout Method: The core of the studio's appeal is its unique workout. By combining Pilates principles with high-intensity movements, the classes offer a challenging yet low-impact alternative to traditional weightlifting or cardio. This hybrid format works muscles in a new way, leading to fast and visible results.
- Inclusive and Welcoming Atmosphere: The studio's identification as an LGBTQ+ friendly and Transgender safespace is a powerful highlight. This commitment to inclusivity ensures that all clients feel comfortable and respected, creating a positive and supportive community.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Ciara was absolutely phenomenal—so attentive to detail, accommodating, and incredibly pleasant. The overall experience was truly lovely. I’ll definitely be back and can’t wait to take her class!
April 14 · Heather AsanteThe workout and instructors are amazing. I like how many class formats there are - every day feels different, which keeps the workout fun. However, for the membership price the studio does not have enough amenities. I've been to my fair share of studios through ClassPass, many have changing rooms, showers, filtered water, hair ties, deodorant, etc. BODYROK has some lockers in the hallway and a bathroom, but that's pretty much it. They are new, so hopefully they take advantage of all the studio space and add new amenities.
June 29 · Lauren CheongI took an amazing class with Nus - it was challenging but she easily explained the moves and provided the right amount of push I needed to make it to the end! The studio was clean and very welcoming and I’ll definitely be returning.
June 28 · Nandini AjmeraThe studio is so clean and nice. Juan was a great instructor, this was my first reformer Pilates class and he made sure I felt comfortable during the class. There are options to challenge yourself further in every move. Definitely will go back!
March 04 · Hadley HieronymiJuan is phenomenal. His BodyRock classes are always challenging, intentional, and full of energy. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does—he’s constantly pushing us to improve while making sure our form is on point. He brings the perfect mix of precision, motivation, and great vibes every single time.
