★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve been training with Shane once a week for a while now, and my Pilates hour has become the most productive and rewarding part of my week. When I first started, I often had aches and pains, but Shane helped me work through them and made me feel much better.Work can be intense, and I love going on long hikes on the weekends, so my body is usually under a lot of stress. Over time, Pilates has helped me manage pain, keep good posture, and feel stronger. I used to run around to different appointments just to deal with body pain, but now I don’t need to, Shane has shown me small daily habits I can adjust, and with her guidance in class, I feel better and move better. And then, one day I looked in the mirror and saw 11 lines on my abs! I couldn’t believe it. Back in college I worked out intensely chasing that look and never got there. I came to Pilates just wanting to feel better, and instead I got this amazing surprise bonus!Every movement I do comes from Shane’s years of experience and wisdom, things I could never figure out on my own. I feel so lucky we have true Pilate expert in Seattle!
September 06 · Gege HouThe thing that makes Bodycenter Studios different is how the staff focuses on each client, bringing a high level of expertise and experience to figure out what would be helpful. These people have changed my life. They focus on what my challenges are, build up my awareness and strength, and enable me to continue to lead and enjoy an active life. THANK YOU!!!
September 05 · Teresa BigelowI struggled with chronic pain for years and my private sessions at Body Center Studios were the first thing that offered me any relief. After doing sessions for about a year I decided to get my teaching certificate through the studio as well. All of the courses and teachers are incredible! Kristi and Deb have especially blown me away with their in depth knowledge of the body and how to cue to engage the correct muscles each individual needs to strengthen or mobilize. My pain is almost entirely gone after a few years of their trainings and diligent practice. I couldn’t recommend this studio more!
November 20 · Hali RoseI herniated a disc last year. I went to go see Shane and my recovery has been amazing. PT helped a little, but Pilates has made all the difference. I'm way ahead of the curve for recovery with this injury and I owe much of that to Shane. Real men do Pilates! :)
June 10 · Andrew SchatzbergI went to Bodycenter Studios for physical therapy and I worked with Kateryna who I’d highly recommend. She was very thorough assessing my problems, the causes of which were difficult to discover. Kat kept after it, worked to figure out what was happening, tried different approaches, and we finally found a solution when other physical therapist had not been able to help me.
