I visited SF only for a couple of days and needed a suitable workout space, hence I came across Body Temp Yoga.Jody was a motivated and competent instructor. Alison was also a motivated and competent instructor. She even adjusted the room temperatur upon my health request and showed us many movement variations for different levels. Loved it thank you very much!The location of the studio is amazing, the space is beautiful and clean.
