March 20 · Tansy RheinI honestly have to pinch myself sometimes that I’m able to take classes here. I’m fairly new to Pilates and moving my body in general but I feel like this Body Mechanics is home to some of the most skilled practitioners in town. Every class I’ve taken here has been thoughtful and focused and I always leave feeling a little taller, a little stronger, and that the world is a little more special.
August 02 · Amy NarlockI have been going to Body Mechanics from the beginning. Mandy has always done a great job of having a comfortable studio with top notch instructors. I usually do the private or dual sessions and the instructors are able to provide us challenging workouts. The instructors are also friendly and a joy to work with.
August 25 · Scott UrbatschI love my private Pilates sessions with Morgan. She's a great teacher – knowledgeable, encouraging, funny – and really seems to be "in tune" with what's going on with me and my body. I heartily recommend that you sign up for her Pilates or bodywork sessions.
