There are countless clients who have been here for years working with Greg. If want to lose weight, weight train and rehab injuries or all three; this is where you should go. Give it a try you WILL NOT be disappointed. All it takes is one visit and you will be hooked! The atmosphere is incredibly positive and fun!! You will Love body 30 inside of your first 30 minutes!
June 20 · Angela CapriI have been going to body30 for about 6 months. At other local gyms I have belonged to, I lacked the motivation to complete a workout or even go to the gym. At Body30, the quick and energetic classes are fun and challenging without the intimidation factor of a larger (and more expensive) gym. The carpet, resistance machines, and music playlists take you to another decade, but the classes are designed to keep any solo workout-phobic person coming back for more. The instructors know everyone’s names and run unique classes everyday for women of all ages and abilities. There is also the option for personal training sessions and more intense boot camp classes for an added challenge.
