I’m a tall, 57 year old man and I’ve been doing pilates for almost 20 years, after suffering from back pain for years. My wife turned me onto Pilates and it changed my life by eliminating my back pain. All tall men with tight hamstrings should be doing Pilates (and with Julie if you’re lucky)I’ve done Pilates all over the US and Europe. Simply put, I have never found a better instructor than Julie. The combination of Stott pilates and Gyro is fantastic. My only regret is that I only get to see her when visiting family in Ridgefield.
