Beginner friendly!! Emphasis on friendly!! Everyone was incredibly helpful for my first class. I was running in a hot mess trying to make it on time after getting delayed and they took care of me. There were several staff assisting the class and showing you the workout stations and correct form. They were so encouraging. You never felt like you had to figure it out alone. They had lots of alternatives if anything was going to compromise you. You work out in small groups that move around. and even the other clients in class were friendly and helpful.
