I've been committed to Dream Body across the street but had to switch to Better Body because of the flexibility in class scheduling. They offer classes 7 days a week, and even early in the morning for full time workers like me. So far my first class with Carlos exceeded my expectations. He has amazing energy and creativity, kept me engaged, and really pays attention to how each person follows along to avoid wrong form/injury. Being out of shape, I was only able to follow half of what we were doing but even that honestly felt like a 1 minute workout because he kept it so fun and engaging.
