December 16 · G TThe only gym that I have ever stuck with (and I've been to MANY!) The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. You are in and out (and in a full sweat) in exactly 30 minutes. Every day is different, which I love, because I'm never bored. The trainers push you and are there to keep you going. It was a large financial commitment (vs. a free gym in my basement, a budget facility like Planet Fitness, etc.), but it is worth every penny.

There is a special family like atmosphere with caring coaches that help challenge you through your workout that is both fun and entertaining. After a GREAT workout you are sweaty yet, laughing and already ready/wanting to come back for more! I've been a member of Fit Body for 10 years, have tried multiple box gyms, and other workout programs, and there is really nothing like it! Whatever your fitness goals, there is something for you- from nutrition to just getting in the door! For me it's a nonnegotiable, a lifestyle change and favorite part of the day! If you are even considering it, try it out, and you'll never look back!

We did the nutrition program too and my husband and I have had great success. Worth the investment! Recommend for anyone who really needs help/support getting started into a fitness program.
