The class format keeps me accountable to show up everyday, where as a big gym you could not show up and no one would notice.It's a wonderful group of people, and my days wouldn't be the same without starting it with them! Because the environment is welcoming and everybody knows everyone in town, the classes are different each day, which challenges your whole body, focusing on core, balance and mind. February 22 · Mike RicciI am not quite sure how to put into words the community Bell's Gym has; I have never experienced a more welcoming environment. The workout classes are offered throughout the day, for every person, and body type. After belonging for six months now, I still have yet to experience the same work out. Every day is different, and each day I go I learn to push myself a little further, in a safe and healthy way.
