This place makes you want to show up everyday for yourself and for others. The environment and energy is unmatched compared to other fitness facilities I’ve been at from the coaches to fellow members. The workouts are fun and effective and I honestly have not experienced the same workout twice in the year I’ve been here and the facility is always clean and everyone is so helpful :)I appreciate having the option of participating in the dynamic large group classes or challenging myself in the small group training sessions where I can focus on strength training, proper form and my own personalized goals - Both provide a great balance of cardio and strengthening!Definitely recommend trying Bell House if you’re looking for a fun and solid workout!
