It’s great early in the morning when there’s plenty of parking, & coming in the afternoon is nice too for some post-Pilates window shopping!I took Joanne’s class today 8/11/25 and it was killer! The leg presses & curtsy lunges had me shaking in the best way. She for sure knows her stuff about what muscles to activate, and I prefer workouts that are actually challenging. The instructors at this location do not disappoint. The music is always great, and this studio is always very clean & tidy. I really love coming here with my class packs I buy, and will be a customer for as long as their studios are around!

The instructors are so fun and no workout is ever the same, making every class different and exciting. This keeps me engaged the entire 45 minutes. Playlists are always on point. My body is completely sculpted and toned, something I would never be able to achieve in a regular gym. As a mom, I don’t have hours to spend at the gym. I am able to get a full body workout in those 45 minutes I am at BeFit. If I could give this 1 million stars, I 100% would!

Every class I get I come out feeling so sore in the best way possible. All the instructors here make me feel so accepted and are so warm and inviting. Shout out Haley, Paige Kathryn, Sam and Joanne C for ALWAYS being so incredibly nice to me...and for helping my glutes grow. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. 10/10 always!!!
August 24 · SparkeyI have truly enjoyed coming to Be Fit. I take classes at both of the Long Beach locations. Shoutout to one of their great instructors Sunny (even though I have like them all)! I truly enjoy coming to Sunny's classes. Her classes are challenging, yet you feel supported in your workout. Love the cues that help correct form. Definitely recommend it here!

I’ve tried classes with a bunch of the instructors and they all make it fun while still keeping it challenging. Kathryn’s class is a fave 🤍 great vibes, fun playlists, and always such a good workout. Highly recommend! 🫶🏼
