★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dropped in for a day pass to what is hands down one of the coolest gyms I've ever visited! When you step through the door, you step back in time into a real 80s/90s bodybuilding gym - competitor pictures on the walls, old Body Masters benches and RDL platform, massive set of prostyle dumbbells, and old school Hammer strength, as well as the legendary Nebula leg press and classic Cybex Hack. Continuing on, the gym opens into a warehouse that doubles as a living museum for some of the coolest, oldest, and rarest Nautilus, MedX, and other equipment out there. Truly the most impressive/extensive collection I've seen in a gym in the US!Equipment aside, everone was incredibly friendly. The staff was out on the floor lifting and chatting with members. The atmosphere was super welcoming to everyday gym goers and competitors alike. No doubt, this is where you go if you want a sense of community to push you towards your fitness goals! Thanks for the awesome leg day!
May 23 · Morgan RayWe stopped in for a day pass on our journey home from Acadia NP and this gym was fantastic. The equipment selection beats out any franchise names hands down. The staff were friendly and helpful. The locker rooms were clean and spacious. I would love to be a regular member if I didn't live half the country away.
May 23 · Matt BenjaminAlways love going here. The staff is friendly, the gym is a no frills gym downstairs, with an upstairs area that's great for yoga and stretching. They have an outdoor pool, an indoor hot tub and a small indoor coed sauna. The keep the facilities really clean, and have plenty of lockers.
March 27 · Edward WildinGreat gym! Everything you need. There are all kinds of machines for every muscle and organized on the floor by major muscle group. The free weight section is complete, such as you would expect at any major gym. There are also stationary bikes, elliptical machines, treadmills, stair climbers, and hiking trials behind the gym for cardio (see photo I took of map).I bought a three month membership for $95 and had to fly out, one month in, for an unexpected trip, and the owner, Ed, was able to pause my membership while I was gone. I had to tell him before I left, and it's nice that they are flexible. The gym has standard locker rooms and showers, a jacuzzi and coed sauna. There is a swimming pool, but it's seasonal. The upstairs area is for stretching, and there are tanning bed rooms there, but I've never used them. Overall, a great gym.
May 22 · Jerrad WilsonVery nice facility with a broad range of equipment. My boyfriend and I worked out here multiple times on a guest pass while on vacation over the holidays for 2 weeks in Belfast. We greatly appreciated the variety of weight and cardio equipment and would definitely work out here again. They even had an adorable cat here!
