However I have always stopped going because I would end up in more pain than when I started. I was introduced to Aaron and Balance Your Fitness thru a friend of mine. She thought he would help my back and she was 100% correct. He does a fantastic job of making sure the workouts are good for my fitness level and for my back. I have been working out with him for a month and this is the FIRST time I have not been in pain from working out! Aaron is great with mixing up the workouts while still focusing on the maximum effect with no pain. I definitely would recommend Aaron and Balance Your Fitness to anyone who wants to strengthen and improve your body while not having any soreness or pain afterwards!!
