★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The best and toughest yoga studio in the Bay Area and beyond! Love it! Seriously, the Pilates classes solved my back issues and got me running again. Thank you to Mike the owner and all his great instructors! I am grateful!
July 31 · Super Core YogaJust wanted to write a quick review about balance yoga. I have been to probably 40 studios in over 13 years of practicing yoga. I would consider Balance yYoga easily in my top three. Not only do they have a variety of classes the teachers are "different". I am sure this is because of the owner Mike. I am sure he looks for "yogis" and not someone who has just completed a 200 or 300 hour course. What I like is each teacher brings a unique style to each class. Even if it's the same type of class. And many of them share the wisdom of yoga beyond the Asana's. There are 8 limbs to yoga. The Asana's are just one limb. Sometimes they will share the wisdom of the other limbs before or after class. Which most yoga studios do not do. It enriches each class and brings a deeper clarity and motivation for me on this path. It also strengths my determination and the reason I fell in love with yoga. I wish all studios were this dedicated to the complete understanding of yoga. Also the Asana instructions are so throughout. I write something new down I have learned about a posture almost every time I go. I love this studio.Mark13 year yoga practitioner.

It is a beautiful experience that not only challenges me but actually motivates me to exercise. Highly recommend.
March 27 · Grace DavisI've joined Balance Yoga Center around six months ago, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The instructors are truly amazing; each one brings their unique style and expertise to the classes, making every session enjoyable and fulfilling. The environment is welcoming and supportive, perfect for anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice or start fresh. The variety of classes offered ensures that there's something for everyone, no matter your skill level or interests. I highly recommend Balance Yoga Center to anyone looking for a fantastic yoga experience!
December 31 · Supriya PurankarI’ve been going to Balance Yoga Center for the past month, and I can confidently say it’s a game-changer. The variety of classes—from hot Pilates to hot yoga to heated yoga strength—offers the perfect mix of weights, traditional yoga poses, and heat that really works your core and entire body. From the moment you step in, the energy is incredible. The instructors are not only knowledgeable but also great at providing adjustments and guidance, making each class feel both challenging and rewarding. The community is warm and welcoming, and I love that the classes aren’t overly crowded—it almost feels like the best-kept secret.I’ve also been doing the studio’s 30-day challenge, and it has completely transformed how I approach fitness. After bouncing around different studios over the years, this is the first place where I truly feel at home. If you’re looking for a place that pushes you while making you want to keep coming back, this is it!
