She teaches the basics of Pilates well, and I was able to benefit physically from the classes. However, since she operates the studio alone, it can be quite difficult for new members to secure class times due to the existing member schedule. Cancellations happen frequently, and rescheduling often requires a long wait.There is also a strict no-refund policy on prepaid tuition, regardless of personal circumstances such as heavy health issues or pregnancy. While I did my best to make the most of the sessions, I personally did not feel a sense of understanding or mutual respect in the communication. Over time, this made it harder to stay motivated, and I eventually chose not to use the remaining classes I had paid for.I understand that running a studio alone can be very challenging. Still, if the current structure makes it difficult to accommodate new members, it may be more fair and sustainable to pause new enrollments until scheduling becomes more manageable.I’m sharing this review so that those who are considering joining this studio can take these factors into account when making their decision.
