I trained with Luke in high school before playing golf in college and he taught me a lot of what I know about weight training and sports performance. Luke and I didn’t train for a couple years until just recently and I couldn’t recommend anyone else for strength training and sports performance. Luke’s gym has all the right weights and equipment to reach your goals! Couldn’t recommend anyone but Luke and Athlon for your strength and performance needs!
