They customize your workouts to meet your fitness goals. I’m really busy with always so much to do outside of the gym. They’re very accommodating and work with my busy schedule. The gym is always clean and decorated around every holiday. It’s a family, friendly environment. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.

I was skeptical at first because of the higher price point compared to Planet Fitness but from the moment I walked into the gym I felt seen, welcomed, and encouraged. I had an initial consultation to discuss my goals and the staff and trainers were super friendly and helpful in creating a workout and eating plan. The gym offers a good variety of machines, plenty of treadmills and ellipticals, squat racks, free weights upto 100 pounds, barbells, yoga gear and more! The community is super friendly as well and it didn't take too long to start making good progress on my goals! I was soon putting on muscle mass faster than I ever had before! I especially appreciate coach Matt- that guy is a complete legend and a gem to the fitness community!! Bro practices what he preaches and is super strong but also has a wonderful heart for people and deeply cares for others well being and their goals. I've never met a more personable, down-to-earth, knowledgable, approachable, and humble trainer in my life!! I would recommend him to anyone!!!!
June 06 · Jonathan HaumanSketchy billing practices!!!! Hard to cancel!!!We were supposed to be cancelled in October. For some reason my husband and I were each charged twice in October and November and had to pay those charges and a bunch of fees. Then we’re told we have to pay December too in order to be allowed to cancel….But when we started, they said no problem canceling anytime after the first year. So like 360 altogether when we were told 25/month…no real explanation….. Then it took 40 mins on the phone to get the outrageous payment through with the jenky-ass billing company they use. Worst gym experience ever!!!! Didn’t have a single problem when I cancelled planet fitness…..this was nuts!Do yourself a huge favor and go elsewhere.
November 21 · Sarah SittasonI started with the 6 week challenge several months ago and decided to join because I need to get healthier and stronger. The coaches are all friendly and encouraging. They are also knowledgeable and each have their own style, which I like. Glad I decided to join. I am seeing results and getting a lot stronger. I like the Small Group Sessions as well as the Group Sessions. They keep it interesting and challenging. I actually look forward to going... most days 😉.Update: I have been coming for over 2 years now. At this time, I cannot imagine going anywhere else to work out. My coaches are great, the other members are great, and I actually MISSED going while I was out for a couple of weeks. I am down a little over 80 lbs now. I have more energy, I actually crave foods that are good for me, my body craves activity, and most importantly I am healthier and can keep up with my 3 grandsons.
June 27 · Laura McManusHands down, one of the best gyms I have been to. Staff is top notch (especially Ed) and they genuinely care about your well-being. Anytime is a little pricey to begin with especially since any of the classes cost extra. They run specials that help with price but you are paying for the expertise in the trainers. Office staff is slow at getting things done and not on the same page about certain promotions (you get different answers depending on who you ask) but overall, a five star gym with the best trainers! They treated me really well while I was there for 3 years (moved and found a closer gym).
