And Now Yoga Introduce
For residents of DuBois and the surrounding areas of Pennsylvania, finding a space that feels truly inclusive and welcoming can be a deciding factor in beginning a new wellness journey. And Now Yoga is a studio that has built its reputation on this very principle. As a women-owned business, it has created an environment that is not only a place to practice yoga but also a sanctuary for a diverse and supportive community. The studio's name is inspired by the first Sutra in Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, which loosely translates to "And Now the exposition of Yoga has begun," a gentle reminder to live in the present moment. This philosophy permeates the studio, making it a peaceful and empowering place to be.
The atmosphere at And Now Yoga is consistently praised for being warm, welcoming, and accommodating. One customer review perfectly encapsulates this sentiment, stating that they were "nervous to start practicing with a group" but quickly felt "very comfortable" due to the studio's inviting environment. This is a crucial distinction from more intimidating fitness settings. The studio makes a point to be an LGBTQ+ friendly and transgender safe space, ensuring that everyone who walks through the door feels seen and respected. The intentionality of the space, as noted by community members, is unmatched, and it is a place where every person can feel at ease.
And Now Yoga offers classes that are "peaceful, empowering, and always leave me feeling centered and refreshed," as described by a dedicated practitioner. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1If you've been thinking about getting into yoga, or have been practicing on your own, you have to try this studio! I had an interest in yoga before coming here, but I was nervous to start practicing with a group. The environment and the community here are so welcoming and accommodating that I quickly felt very comfortable. There really is a class for everyone and all of the teachers are amazing and kind.
May 08 · Hannah PletcherAbsolutely love this studio! The classes are peaceful, empowering, and always leave me feeling centered and refreshed. Highly recommend to anyone looking to deepen their practice.
June 08 · Julie HnatI've been to classes taught by all three instructors (LB, Lauren and Brittany) and truly could not ask for anyone better than these three. I was very intimidated going into a yoga studio and they made me feel so comfortable. They are so helpful, patient and want you to feel right at home in the studio. The studio is a very clean and comfortable space. I could not recommend And Now Yoga more!
May 03 · Magi LynThis is absolutely the best studio! The teachers, ambiance and yoga community are wonderful. I love the variety of classes and each teacher incorporates yoga extras like sound therapy or essential oils or subject knowledge that justifies 5 stars. I’d give more if I could. No matter where you are at in your yoga journey, make time for an And Now Yoga class. You’ll be so happy you did😊🙏
May 05 · Debbie MaroccoAnd Now Yoga is a beautiful, relaxing space. A gem in the rough really. I've had Brittany and Lauren as teachers and they are just lovely! They are so warm and open and inviting. Neither of them has ever made me feel awkward or bad about my movements or poses. They are very uplifting, and great at showing variations or poses. They give me a sense of love and acceptance of my own body. I will definitely be returning!
