She is highly trained in classic pilates and studied under Romana Kryzanowska (who trained under Joe Pilates). This was important to me when searching for a pilates studio, because most gyms offer pilates classes, but the instructors have no where near the training of classically trained pilates instructors. Not only does she know what she's doing, but she has an amazing gift for teaching and explaining. After just a few months of classes I noticed incredible changes in my body and posture. I've seen new people start with her that are hunched over and limping who now walk upright. It's incredible. I'm a chiropractor, and I send all my patients to her because I know she'll take care of them and can modify exercises if needed. Pilates is amazing and so is Andrea.
