Classes with Robin and Amy were equal parts challenging and adaptable to meet you at your fitness level- push where needed and modify to focus on form. I appreciate their attention to detail. The class sizes are small to ensure form and technique or locked in. As a physical therapist, it's great to see a gym that focuses on the right stuff, and they do that here at AIM!

The gym equipment is clean and well cared for. I take the conditioning classes which incorporate a lot of strength building, and I am always drenched in sweat and super happy at the end of every class.
