★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Started as a 100% novice 80 classes completed this year (the most challenging one in my life). Every class was like a safe, fresh, soothing, active, restorative friend, surrounded by thoughtful, caring, wide ranging fellow students and talented, humble, joyful, insightful instructors. The vibe is unparalleled, as is the readings, variety, music, and aesthetics. Peacefully, private, views of trees and sky, no mirrors, wood and light. All supplies provided.I adore All Heart Yoga, owner/teacher Laela and her team.
May 29 · Dee SantellaI attended Eugene's class on June 14 and 21 during a recent trip back to Portland to see friends and family. I lived in NW, just around the corner, for over 20 years and I have very fond memories of this space as it used to be a pilates studio run by a dear friend. I very much enjoyed both experiences with Eugene and I look forward to being a regular drop in devotee during my semi-annual visits.
June 24 · Samantha PhenixIt was my first Yoga class and I was nervous. Laela put me instantly at ease, and I left feeling refreshed and centered. I highly recommend the experience.
September 02 · MICHAEL THIER HAWKEOne of the best yoga classes I’ve taken in years. I was looking for a challenge, and I got it. Emily has a lovely presence about her. She truly cares about what she’s doing and that translates beautifully into the way she leads the class. I will definitely be going back next week. Thanks Emily!
October 22 · Maxwell SokolI took my first Yin yoga class in Milwaukee and had been searching for that same restorative experience ever since. I finally found it with Laela. However, I booked a Yin yoga class on Thursday, February 27th, expecting Laela to teach. To my surprise, when I arrived, Amy was there and informed me that Laela was out of town, and she would be leading the class instead.Had I known this in advance, I never would have booked the class. Unfortunately, Amy’s instruction was disappointing, she relied on a notebook to guide the class, and the poses were held for no more than a minute, far from the recommended 2-5 minutes or longer for Yin yoga. This felt like a bait-and-switch, which makes me question whether I can trust that the instructor I book will actually be teaching. Sadly, I will not be returning. I could have had a better experience following a YouTube video.
