The classes are small enough to still get that one-on-one personal trainer experience. There is never a dull moment and she keeps all the workouts unique. Best of all, if you need to see her before or after class to ask questions she's thereto help guide you through your technique!! So glad I've made it a 30 minute part of everyday!!!

In fact, the results I achieved from working with Anna and Hilary kept me coming back! After our company relocated, I have been driving to and from Fox Lake for the past year because of the variety of workouts and again, the results I achieved. Being on the move again, I am going to miss Fit Body and everyone there, and I would highly recommend them to anyone, whether new to fitness, or looking to jumpstart your program!

Without really knowing what all the different exercises are doing for me, I have found myself to be more able to be active, happy, and ready to take on adventure.
