As I did my search on Ada Valley CrossFit, I really could feel the vibe of the gym just on their website alone. I really appreciated their mission/vision of creating a gym of inclusivity and to meet people where they are at in the fitness journey. I did a free week trial and knew this was the place for me. They offer a variety of times to meet the needs of members to get a workout in and even offer 24/7 access. I’ve only been in Lowell for 4 years and feel I’m still assimilating into the community. Everyone I’ve meet at the gym has been so kind and welcoming, I finally feel like I’ve found my place and I’m getting healthier and stronger too! The coaches have been wonderful and very helpful. Strongly recommend this gym no matter where you are in your journey - they will help you accomplish what you want!

The owner and coach has worked with me after having my baby and has helped me correct my form and educated me on exercises to help strength my core!! So kid friendly as well! They’re able to customize or modify workouts to meet you at your skill level while also preparing you to improve without being intimidating. Prior to coming to AVCF, I had trouble finding a gym that I wanted to keep coming back to; however, the coaches and members here have made it an easy place to call home!
